Tartan-clad philanthropists assembled at the Metropolitan Club on April 20 to celebrate Scottish heritage, raising more than $350,000 to support the work of Scotland’s largest conservation charity. The National Trust for Scotland cares for more than 100 iconic places, including Culloden Battlefield, the islands of St Kilda and Iona, and Robert Burns’s birthplace.

International tennis player and coach Judy Murray OBE will be recognized for her extraordinary contributions to Scottish sports and philanthropy at The National Trust for Scotland Foundation USA’s annual fundraising gala this April.
The award will be presented at the thirteenth annual A Celebration of Scotland’s Treasures gala this April.
Proceeds will restore the baroque fountain at Culzean Castle, once known as President Eisenhower’s ‘Scottish White House’.
