Based in Boston, The National Trust for Scotland Foundation USA is a membership organization with supporters from all 50 states. We are connected by our interest in conserving the 100+ irreplaceable landscapes and historic sites cared for by the National Trust for Scotland, including:
- The humble cottage where Scotland’s Bard, Robert Burns, was born
- Over 178,000 acres of Scottish countryside, home to rare wildlife and world-famous landscapes like Glencoe
- Culloden Battlefield, the site of Bonnie Prince Charlie’s last stand
- 38 major gardens that feature both local flora and plants collected from across the globe by Scottish explorers
- The island of Iona, known as the cradle of Christianity, where the Book of Kells may have been written
- Baronial castles, architectural treasures, and even a tenement house
The National Trust for Scotland Foundation USA is a 501(c)(3) registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Federal Tax ID No. 04-3511088).
